Inspection Techniques
We combine hands-on inspection techniques with specialized measurement and diagnostic equipment to identify evidence of previous collision damage, repairs, refinishing, and component replacement that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Paint Thickness Analysis
Digital paint-thickness measurements are taken across vehicle panels to identify variations that may indicate previous refinishing, body filler, or repair work.
Body & Structural Measurement
Reference points and body dimensions are evaluated when appropriate to identify inconsistencies that may indicate previous structural movement, repair, or misalignment.
Panel & Fastener Inspection
Panels, fasteners, seams, welds, gaps, and mounting points are examined for signs of previous repairs, replacement or adjustment.
Diagnostic Scan
When appropriate, vehicle systems are electronically scanned for diagnostic trouble codes and other information that may provide additional insight into the vehicle's condition and repair history.
Limited Access Inspection
A borescope may be used when appropriate to examine accessible internal or difficult-to-view areas for evidence of previous repair.
